The firm’s approach is results-oriented, and we take pride in adapting and executing strategies that fit a client’s particular goals. At times in an appeal, the goal is to obtain the value in an appraisal obtained by the client, and only that value (or a value very near that number) is considered to be a favorable result. Achieving a client’s goal often takes time and requires a strong, well-planned litigation strategy that is executed all the way through hearings and briefs at various levels of the appeal process. This strategy can also result in favorable settlement. At other times, the client is interested not only in a reduction in taxes but in a quick result due to cash flow, or due to a sale, or other reasons. The firm adapts our approach and strategy accordingly, while always advocating for the client’s position and the best result.
