Kristen Davis
Property Tax Consultant

Kristen’s primary role with the firm is as a Property Tax Consultant. Kristen is a Level III assessor-appraiser in Indiana and an Indiana Certified Tax Representative. As a certified tax representative, Kristen represents and assists clients in resolving real estate tax assessment appeals at the county level using her unique income and market analysis. Kristen has a well-established track record of providing clients with favorable results at the early levels of an appeal for the commercial, residential, industrial, multifamily, and hospitality industries. She provides advice to clients regarding real estate tax valuations, real estate tax estimates, non-profit property tax exemptions, and other real estate tax related matters. Kristen has researched, analyzed, and resolved appeals for properties in Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan. Kristen also assists in real estate matters and real estate tax appeal litigation as a paralegal and is a Notary Public for the State of Indiana. She currently serves as a member and the Secretary of the Board of Directors for Midwest Support Foundation, Inc., which is a nonprofit, affordable housing organization.

In 2006 Kristen received her Bachelor of Science from Tuskegee University. Additionally, in 2009 Kristen received her Master of Science in Adult Education from Troy University in Montgomery, Alabama. Prior to joining the firm, Kristen worked for Ice Miller, LLP as a legal assistant. Prior to her law firm experience Kristen worked at IUPUI as the Assistant Recorder for the Robert McKinney School of Law. Kristen is currently finishing the required courses to obtain her Real Estate License.
